Reminder that Corey Lewandowski, the guy spearheading this, is the same guy who heard about a 10 year old girl with down syndrome being caged by border patrol and said "womp womp". Oh, he also groped a reporter in the 2016 campaign.

Gonna be some interesting lawsuits. Likely going to be covered by the Pickering test, which means the gov has to show that the restriction on the agents' 1st Amendment rights is justified because their speech impacted the efficiency and execution of their job. Don't see how that argument is made.

I get they were friends, and it'd be more understandable if it was his funeral, but this was a political event guised as a "memorial". Kirk's parents didn't even go to this, so I don't know why Shaw felt the need to.
