Stavridis is retired now but he was the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), the second-highest military position within NATO. So I'm guessing he probably knows a thing or two about war kind of stuff. Stavridis doesn't think the US would fare well in a war against Canada and I agree with him.
