Gender Dysphoria affects cisgender people too, dipshits. So either
A)You are literally discriminating on the basis of sex, by allowing GAC for cis people, but not trans people, or
B)Cisgender people are also being denied GAC, which includes treatments for gynecomastia, pcos, menopause, etc.
