Part of the issue is that they are using a gravy and not a poutine sauce. Small differences. Most gravies are thick, so if too hot they develop a skin. Poutine sauce is thinner and can be kept hotter to melt the curds.

Btw JT & the President of Mexico, JT is the only one with previous experience 1 on 1 with Trump.
