Moved mum into a care home a week ago. It is an emotionally confusing thing to see the impact of Alzheimers on a person. Her sense of humour is still fully intact, so at least we can laugh.

I made cheese .. that is pretending to be cauliflower.
First attempt at mozzarella tasted like feta, so I’m claiming it as a success. Vegetarian cheese that looks like a vegetable. ⭐️
