I'm now so used to the fail fast mentality in software that it actually feels hard to comprehend when someone is resisting it. Like I realize I'm suddenly trying to push a square block through a round hole.

I'm now about 1 week without my ADHD meds because <sarcasm>the USA has the best healthcare in the world!</sarcasm> Anyway, I had forgotten how bad my relationship with time was and how I need to use notification sounds that are actually annoying to me...

I hate how this country treats mental health. The rigamarole that I have to go through each month to fill my ADHD medication is absolutely insane. I can only get 30 days at a time. When I need a refill, I have a two day window to get that done before I run out.
