It's too late for this because he has a mandate now. The election has been held and preventing him from taking office *against* a fair election would be an absolute disaster and contrary to democracy.

Oh yes. I read that as a clear message. We're not gonna mock Snyder's interpretation, but this is very much not that. And priming people to expect more of the same then using that imagery to introduce a dog in a cape? Impactful, to say the least.

Saw an argument recently that Die Hard is a Hanukkah movie because it's about a guy defending a tower with limited resources and that's hard to disagree with.
