Depression and anxiety are a cruel mistress. I will survive but right now it is hard. I am trying to find my footing and be grounded again. But am barely floating as the water keeps pulling me under. Reminder shower, eat and sleep and tomorrow will be easier or at least a little better

Yes I grew up knowing that the government, both Democrats and Republicans, were corrupt but now there is no word for what I am seeing.

I asked a coworker if she watched the news. She said no she gets all her info off of facebook and TikTok. No wonder miss information spreads so fast

Back to the house and roof, gutters and soffit’s saga on the rental. We finally found a contractor. Now we secure financing. Our original idea feel through. I had no idea when you sold a rental property you had to pay depreciation recapture. You learn something knew every day.

Sometimes you just want to give up. I sit here taking a deep breath just to try too find my inner peace. Life has been throwing me to many unexpected financial curveball the past two weeks. I will figure it out but please stop. New roof with rebuild of wood work &water heater asap. Sigh

During group time in the 3 year old room. I ask the children to tell me one thing that had happened over the weekend. A little boy in class shared - Well my mommy and daddy took a shower together. Parents don’t realize we know way more about them than they think.

What to do if your child isn’t feeling well. I understand that some employers are not that understanding or a parent doesn’t have sick time available. But you don’t know how many parents will drop off their child & say they’re not feeling well but they don’t have a fever.
