I have very strong opinions about things rational people probably shouldn't have strong opinions about.
"We trust people to make up their own minds, which is why we're firing newsroom staff and hiring more talking heads."

Remember: if your truck didn't come with nutz, but you add them to it, you're driving a tranz truck.

"Trust them to make up their own minds."

Imagine saying that with a straight face, while simultaneously being unable to connect the sharp drop in viewership with the beginning of your sinecure.

You weren't unknown, Bari. We knew what an unqualified partisan hack you were before being given CBS.

"Those protesting the Trump administration have an equal obligation to avoid violence."

"Oh, what are the protestors doing that's violent?"

"They're... existing?"

Advocating for innocent patients to be harmed by nurses protesting ICE killing innocent people makes you just as big an asshole as ICE is.

Walz needs to ask her if $25k is still her price to drop "investigations".
January 24, 2026 at 8:15 PM
When do we start calling these "Kavanaugh murders"?
January 24, 2026 at 6:57 PM
Trump and Project 2025 were not unknown quantities; you just decided that punishing the Dems was more important than stopping the GOP. Now thousands of people in the US live in fear *and* Israel is still committing a genocide in Gaza.

That was the choice *you* made.
January 24, 2026 at 3:39 AM
If you couldn't support Harris because of Gaza, then you must also accept that ICE terrorizing immigrants now *is* your fault. You decided the lives of non-whites in the US was a price you were willing to pay, even though the Palestinian genocide wasn't going to stop no matter who won.

Like his shitty cars, it'll have only cameras and none of the other extrahuman sensors like radar, sonar, or lidar that would give it significantly more information than humans.

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm gonna ask:

Can administrative law judges even authorize warrants?

Milk, bread, and eggs are always sold out when winter weather is coming.

Apparently, something about snow really makes people want French toast.
January 23, 2026 at 1:44 PM
And this is without Dem leadership meeting the moment.

Imagine what those numbers would be if Schumer and Jeffries were actually fighting.

And since cats have 9 lives, he only needs 1/9 as many cats as the GEOM needs psykers. More if we allow the cats to keep some of their lives, say a 5/4 split.

And given the relative birth rates of cats vis a vis humans, it seems a far more efficient source of power.

The point, which you continue to miss, is how hollow a complaint about cursing in Star Trek is, solely because it's now in a language you understand. Swears in made-up languages like Klingon, Romulan, or French are fine, but suddenly because someone says "fuck" in English it's beneath them?
January 18, 2026 at 6:36 AM
Edgelord nonsense: fuck, bitch.

Not edgelord nonsense: petaQ, tohzah, top'a, qezhtihn, merde...

Maybe it only seems jarring because Star Trek never portrayed characters speaking as realistic adults due to IRL television censorship instead of any in-universe reasons?

"I didn't vote for this candidate because her stance on this one issue I pretend to care about is exactly the same as the other candidate. I will also choose to ignore all the ways the other candidate will make things worse."

Can someone let Steven Chungus know that "bad actors" don't get four Oscar noms and two Emmy wins?

...on second thought, maybe don't call them "noms" because he might think you're talking about food.
January 15, 2026 at 4:22 PM
That's not even rations; that's a starvation diet. There's not nearly enough calories or nutrients to sustain a person.

You'd die eating that long-term.
January 15, 2026 at 5:56 AM
I can think of at least two scenarios wherein we can dismantle ICE completely and not release them "back into the wild."
January 15, 2026 at 2:00 AM
On the other hand, the Special Edition had people removing Palpatine's monuments to himself, as well as that one stormtrooper being crowdsurfed off a bridge.

Well I live in KY, so I would say that makes me qualified to speak about the caliber of people who voted 2-1 for Trump, where 118 out of 120 counties voted for this madness.

Bye tho.
