I was going for "surreal imagery and elaborate symbolism", but I'm not familiar with it as a genre. You'd have to ask Pops :)

I was aiming for a kind of clockwork forest with trees as springs, but I don't think MJ is up to that – not in expressionist style at least.

Romanian is the closest living language to Latin, which helps with other romantic languages. And depending on their age they would have been taught French (or Russian) in school.
