Finally started working on my White Elephant Exchange prize, a bejewel-by-numbers image! Very methodical and relaxing ☺️

A few of the bottom rows have been decorated with jewels so far, and a long way to go.

D&D adventures Saturday! We finally met up in person for our white elephant exchange (Theme: "Cursed"). Also the first session back for The All Ears Detective Agency after an 8 month hiatus. Skyship fight against Sexy Robot Ladies called Counterbalances!
Battlemap for D&D. Two pieces of cardboard shaped like the top-down view of a pair of sailing ships, moving in opposite directions, so that they will clip each other. 5 disc-shaped Player character tokens on one ship, two board game pieces on the other ship to represent foes, and one game piece foe several squares away from either ship (as they have been thrown overboard!) A Diamond Art Kit by Make Market, featuring a picture of a skull and books on a desk. This was my prize from our White Elephant gift exchange A picture of some of the other gifts that were up for grabs in the White Elephant Gift Exchange. A squishmallow of the demigorgon from Stranger Things; a card game called "Cat Ass Trophy" featuring a cartoon cat showing its butthole; and a Monster Candle- the candleholder is a swampy green with several eyes and three bright red mouths sprouting out of it including a very long tongue. Also visible includes a sleeve of green oreos (flavour unknown, all of the labelling is in Japanese iirc), and a 50 pack of Timbits.

I wanna see some #festivity! What is your favourite piece of seasonal/holiday decor that you own? Any holiday, any type of decor!

I've got two (check the alt-text for details about why!):
A Christmas ornament hanging from an artificial tree, of a very fat red dragon. He is Themberchaud the dragon, from D&D lore, and was in the recent Honor Among Thieves movie. There are magenta, green, white and blue lights, and turquose and purple ball ornaments near him I love this ornament because I love this dragon- I had not heard of him before I went to see the Dungeons and Dragons movie, but when he came on screen, I couldn't breathe from laughing so hard. I had never seen a dragon with fat rolls and jiggle physics and I immediately loved him. I didn't stop laughing until he was no longer on the screen. So when I saw this ornament in Walmart, there was not a doubt in my mind that that ornament was coming home with me A christmas tree ornament hung on an artificial tree. The ornament is the head and front paws of a Jack Russell Terrier, with black ears and brown patches on her face, and white neck and paws. Her paws are resting on a white bone, which has a red heart, and the words "Lillerbean, 2011-2024" written on it. There are green, blue, magenta and white lights, and turquoise and purple ball ornaments around her This ornament is for my dog, Lilly, who was put down in October at the age of 13 and 1/2. She was my shadow, my familiar, and my cuddle buddy, and I miss her very much. This ornament looks remarkably like her.

A lil bit of fog in the early morning!

Saw this on my walk home from running errands, made me smile. A little spooky, very autumny. My mom LOVES Virginia Creeper vines, and this made me think of her. Most folk hate it because it takes over, but she loves the colours.

Tried getting out the door to go run errands, got as far getting dressed up cute and feeding myself. Gonna do some reading and cleaning and go tomorrow instead. Dealing with ADHD/Autism, I take the steps I can, and I'm practicing forgiving myself when the world is too overwhelming

I'll add two! From my trip to British Columbia, this was at the Victoria Butterfly Conservatory in Feb 2022. Two of my favourite species- an emerald swallowtail and a blue morpho!

An emerald swallowtail butterfly, sometimes called a peacock butterfly. It is resting on a broad leaf. Its wings are a dark green, with a reflective light green stripe running across them, and black edges.
