Sorry to hear. I had a cursory hunt for Garfield shirts after seeing this. I didn't find one the same, but found this, which it's fair to say stopped me in my tracks.
A white t-shirt depicting Garfield skateboarding. Printed on it is "If I Get Circumcised, Where Will I Keep My Smegma". The word "Smegma" is styled in the classic Sega logo font whereas the rest is in a standard serif typeface. There is no question mark.
