You even had the example from his first term, where farmers were going bankrupt left right and center during his trade wars while mega farms got bailed out and you still made this choice.

Gee it would have been nice if someone at the NYT had been able to foresee that BLINDINGLY OBVIOUS outcome before the election, and acted accordingly instead of running a years long campaign to tear down Biden and Democrats while sanewashing Trump.

They were willing to handicap first Biden and then Harris however much they needed to for the election to be a close horse race.
They deserve as much as blame as anyone for why Trump got back into office and is in a position to abuse power and institute fascism the way he is.

The NYT can fuck off forever for the way it behaved in the lead up to the 2024 election. They were derelict in their duty to the country, all because they wanted the election to be close enough to generate clicks. (And a petty grudge their editor or whatever had against Biden.)
