October 2025 Movie Highlights: Dracula (1931) 🦇

A true classic in terms of the Golden Age of Horror. There is a reason this is regarded as a classic that changed the landscape. Legosi's charismatic yet gentlemanly take, forever changed the perception of the character. Dwight Frye owns too.

October 2025 Movie Highlights: Tiny Toons' Night Ghoulery (1995)

A charming and entertaining spoopy romp. I argue it is a fun way to cap off the original run with spoofs and tributes of horror yesteryear. The truly scary part is that this doesn't have an official DVD/Blu-Ray yet.

October 2025 Movie Highlights: Spookkies (1985)

A bit of an odd duck, the plot is a bit confusing. But has one hell of an 80s synth OST with some impressive make-up work. Though I was completely off guard when I heard some of the monsters "fart"? For an indie film, it could've been much worse.

October 2025 Movie Highlights: Penda's Fen (1974)

A hauntingly liminal movie (TV Play) that questions one's religious and social beliefs. Definitely not for everyone, but for those who like slow burns with a unique religious haunting atmosphere. Definitely worth a watch

October 2025 Movie Highlights: Village of the Dammed (1995)

As someone who has never seen the original, the tension is high in this one. It may be a slow burn to some, but it will catch you off guard in that mid-90s way. With some inventive kills.

Also, Hi Mark Hamill!

October 2025 Movie Highlights: Bordello of Blood (1996)

A ronchie and dark comedy movie, with typical hallmarks of Tales from the Crypt. Not an amazing movie, but certainly not a boring movie. Great for a Discord VC
