Prog didn't have any changes for me, but switching to injections did.

I mean, they think we're the same thing, or at least in the same league. Religious transphobes have literally treated me as a possessed person. Not pleasant

To be fair, I feel like there are far more people being anti-Newsom than the usual crop. Granted, a good portion of them are liberals (or don't make full leftism their brand). But also Newsom sucks so fuck him.
September 5, 2025 at 1:52 AM
Gavin Newsom is on right wing podcasts saying that Kamala Harris lost the election because she wasn't able to say that trans people shouldn't get healthcare in prison. Is that not what I think it is? Can you tell me the difference?
September 1, 2025 at 2:33 PM
It's terrifying to me that it is now a fairly common thing among dem politicians to support rolling back. Like, if Democrats are the same on literally some of Trump's worst policies that's a problem.
September 1, 2025 at 2:29 PM
Yes? Hell, I'll go further. The worst things Trump has done with regards to trans people is restricting HRT access. If I had a guaranteed safe access to HRT I'd live with having a wrong passport. Trump rolling back trans healthcare in prison is horrific to me. Maybe one of his worst policies.
September 1, 2025 at 2:28 PM
I advocated and voted for Harris, but her campaign made it harder than it needed to be. I think saying that she fumbled the ball on an issue 10 months after an election is like, maybe the most tame criticism of a politician you can make.
September 1, 2025 at 2:22 PM
Is posting how you think a politician should handle an issue performative bullshit? I genuinely don't get how comments could be taken that way.
September 1, 2025 at 2:18 PM
Successfully defending the point would make the concurrent actions of her campaign look bad. Seemingly the intended defense is a 'She only thought trans people should have rights 4 years ago", but she also doesn't want to vocally oppose trans rights. It's not a position that would please anyone.
August 31, 2025 at 6:06 PM
But like, you can only do so much defense as an outsider. You can't make the argument that it is the best and obvious choice if the candidate is very obviously trying to walk it back. The cantidate has to lay the groundwork for people to defend them, instead of hoping some others will just wing it.

I recommend watching the podcast segment where he talks about trans people because it's pretty bad. He talks about how not being able to push back on trans people in prison receiving healthcare lost her the election which is also really fucking awful.

There is only so much you can do. There isn't a good option. You might have plans, but they might not stand up to the demands of 'get into compliance in 24 hours and all your communications related to the situation have to be approved by us'.
August 15, 2025 at 5:48 PM
Could they have? From what I understand about the situation, it's highly likely that Visa/MasterCard came in and immediately slapped a 24/48 hour compliance timeline on them. They also want to vet what you say for PR when dealing with the situation.

I wonder if it's beating inflation depending on the time scale. Like at least before the recent big inflation stuff it felt like the tip percentage was steadily rising as well.
July 31, 2025 at 7:20 PM
I'm picking up my first injection stuff tonight. Finally switching to iniections
July 21, 2025 at 8:55 PM
Oof, looks like I'm gonna need to wait for a letter to send the form. Is there any way to expedite that?
July 2, 2025 at 7:18 PM
Yeah, I emailed the governor's office today to see if there would be any update towards what is actually going on with that. Hopefully things happen soon.
May 5, 2025 at 6:48 PM
Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. Back in August the district court ruled it was unconstitutional to require a sex change surgery to change the gender on a birth certificate. However, nothing has changed and when I emailed the people in charge of that back in November they were waiting on the governor.
May 5, 2025 at 6:34 PM
specifically in arizona
May 5, 2025 at 6:04 PM
Is there any news about when the court ruling on allowing trans people to change their birth certificates will ever go into effect?
May 5, 2025 at 6:03 PM
It depends, if you've already updated the passport they already know. They currently have the stance that they aren't going to void current passports, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it won't happen in the future.
April 19, 2025 at 12:05 AM
It highly depends where, how, and what is being disrupted, but yeah just shouting at an event is generally protected by the 1st amendment.
April 15, 2025 at 8:24 PM
If you want to impose unconstitutional restrictions on free speech to get to an ideal society you want, then you should just admit that. Hell, the current administration also wants to do that. You guys are in power. Congrats.

Everywhere else, except in public spaces and somewhat in government buildings.
April 15, 2025 at 7:55 PM
People did and this whole thread is you getting upset about it and wanting to take away their right to do so.
