Is there a guide for which episodes you could probably skip and which ones are the best?

"The Ferengi force Picard to relive his worst day through mind control by putting him on his old ship and making him think the enterprise is attacking him" and he just shoots the mind control device after having a bad headache. The bad guy gets arrested and everyone goes home.

Does it get better?

"This planet has the death penalty for all crimes enforced by a 4th dimensional god starship and if we don't let them kill Wesley we'll break interstellar treaties" and they just end the episode by leaving with no consequences
