Space for thoughts and curious musings. Creating YouTube videos for a living.
the day you realize it’s all up to you,
everything changes.

no one is coming to save you.
no one will fix your problems.
no one will shift your mindset.
no one will hand you what you want in life.

it’s just you.
it’s all on you.

and there’s power in that.

if you’re doing anything meaningful in life,
you’re going to have doubts.

friends will tell you to play it safe.
family will question your capability.

risk-taking scares people
because it’s inherently risky.

good.

take it as a signal
you’re headed in the right direction.

simple success formula:

if you don’t believe in yourself,
no one else will.

belief isn’t arrogance.
it’s fuel.

belief doesn’t guarantee success.
it guarantees effort.

your life changes the moment you stop consuming excessively.
and start creating intentionally.

consumption gives you ideas.
creation gives you identity.

less scrolling.
more building.
that’s how you change your life.

if you can’t solve a problem through hard work,
solve it by walking.

some problems don’t need more effort.
they need more space.

clarity comes when your body moves
and your mind slows down.

whether you’re working a 9 to 5 or freelancing at night, growth doesn’t wait for perfect timing.

it happens the moment you commit and start.

i had 30+ friends in school.
15+ in college.
less than 10 now.

as you grow older, the circle gets smaller.
not because you lose people
but because you start valuing depth over noise.

quality over quantity.

in friendships.
in work.
in life.
October 17, 2025 at 6:30 AM
focus on yourself for a while.
do things for yourself.

not out of selfishness,
but out of survival.

you can’t pour into your work
if you’re running on empty.

take the time to realign.
rest. rebuild.

you’ll find yourself
in a better position to give again.

It’s okay to disagree with what you said a year ago.
It’s called growth.
October 16, 2025 at 6:30 AM
Nobody cares about what you do.

what you're building or your existence

so build shamelessly.

Fear can be a great driver for growth

2021: I was jobless. Was hungry to earn money
2025: I am in a better position

I had learned:

1. Growth
2. Sales
3. Built relationships
4. Consumer psychology
4. Been part of 0 to 1 stage startup
5. Digged deeper into content creation.

Building something from scratch teaches you more than a IIM degree would in 2 years.

The life you want is on the other side of a few hard conversations.

You're living a life you dislike coz you're too afraid to have them.
October 14, 2025 at 6:30 AM
There are lot of people out there to stop you from progressing.

They'll give unsolicited advice based on their assumptions.

Be relentless in your approach
Gather your insights.

Because no one has got it all figured out.

Start now. Figure it out later.

Growth is doing the same million boring tasks again and again.
October 13, 2025 at 5:00 AM
This is one underrated skillset will give you 100x returns.

But to learn this, there’ll be:

[1] No perfect business plan
[2] No perfect opportunity
[3] No perfect moment

If you want to build something meaningful, learn to sell.
October 12, 2025 at 5:00 AM
You don't need to know everything to start a business

but you definitely need to have this one skill set

and it's the most underrated one, that is

"Sales"

Asymmetric gains are made the longer you remain in the game you are playing.

most people think fancy editing makes a great youtube video.
truth? editing makes it good.

scriptwriting makes it great.

after putting out multiple videos, i’ve realized:

the script is the difference between a video that gets watched,
and a video that gets remembered.

50% of storytelling in video = sound.

sound tells the brain how to feel.
music sets pace.
silence builds tension.
a single effect can amplify impact.

good sound design makes an edit felt, not just seen.

if you want your video to move people, start with the sound.

in 2025, storytelling beats production value.
because viewers don’t stay for 4k cameras.

they stay for:

relatable stories.
emotional payoff.
characters they trust.

high production can help. but storytelling wins.

a great story on average gear is better than an average story on great gear.
September 22, 2025 at 5:00 AM
retention isn’t about flashy effects.
it’s about pacing.

if your video feels slow, people drop.
if it feels rushed, people drop.

pacing = the rhythm of your story.

the right pacing:
keeps viewers engaged without fatigue.
lets them breathe but never lose interest.

the numbers my dadu and papa talk in…
are numbers i haven’t even touched yet.

what strikes me most is how they did it.
no linkedin posts.
no personal branding.
no playbooks.

just single-minded execution.

listening to their conversations reminds me:
September 20, 2025 at 5:00 AM
my mindset about youtube shifted the day i stopped treating it like just another marketing channel.

most people approach it like this:

sit in front of a camera.
talk about your product or industry.
hope it works.

and yes that can get you started.
