As always, anecdote don’t pluralize to data, but I can tell you, livin here, lotsa folk who usedta be loud & proud Trumpers ain’t loud or proud no more. & the ones who was only ever holdin they nose to vote for him, who ain’t shut up bout Rs gone fix things? They changin the fuckin subject.

YES. I’m of the opinion that No Kings made it real obvious not just how many showed up, but how few *counter-protesters* did.
In Texas, used to be drivin around you’d have you a fair number of Trump trucks, flags, MAGA gear vehicles all fired up & fulla piss & vinegar.

YES. I’m of the opinion that No Kings made it real obvious not just how many showed up, but how few *counter-protesters* did.

I’m curious, myself. What was the tippin point? My guess is for most people it’ll be when they was directly affected.

Either way, I do take comfort in knowin more’n half the voters went to the polls and DIDN’T pick him.
But I got to think on this a bit. I liked the man’s point about checkin the numbers, but we always the weakest when somebody tellin us what we wanna hear.

Aw hell, I ain’t the best one to speak on that. Better & wiser than me should be your sources. As far as who seems to actually be puttin in the work, I can tell you I think mighty highly of Jasmine Crockett and Greg Casar, for starters.

No. Hell no. Texas Lege might be crookeder than my dog’s hind leg, but this particular claim is wrong. We ain’t register by party & last presidential election saw more’n 6 million R votes, 4.8million D. Primaries much less.
