I got my ears triple pierced over the weekend and it’s such a silly little thing that very few will notice but it is really making me happy and I am grateful for little happinesses.

A few months ago we had a guy repair a bunch of ceiling cracks in preparation for painting our main level. For various reasons we haven’t gotten around to painting yet, and now this one stubborn crack has reappeared. 😭

I have this gold tray I like but it’s been floating around the house for a week because I moved the piece of furniture that it used to sit on. I couldn’t figure out what to do with it until today when I suddenly realized I could put it in the bottom of this table to create a two-tier situation. 🤯

So tired of nights like this (purple=deep sleep, blue=light sleep, green=awake). Hoping to remedy this via 1-2 avenues soon but in the meantime 😭😭😭.

This kitten is adored by all. My kid’s 19yo friend just walked in and was like “Archie! What’s up, dude? You’re my new best friend, you know that?” This is a kid who previously claimed to not really like cats. Here’s my son greeting him when he got home from school today. ☺️

Got our holiday gift this year. A backpack to go with last year’s gift- an insulated bag and this year’s birthday gift - a collapsible bag. I mean I do appreciate a practical gift but it’s like…a lot of bags. Oh I almost forgot the toiletry bag! I don’t even remember what that was for. 😅

I have always had cats but for some reason I’ve never managed to have a super snuggly cat since my childhood cat. I think I finally found him. I’m so happy. 🥹
