A friend of mine collects and restores old typewriters. She just sent me pics of her latest acquisition. I guessed it was from the 30s, she said it's actually from 1910. Hell of a find and apparently a good deal. I wish I was wired for tinkering with machines, it sounds fun. It still works too!

Just put on a film I know nothing about, only that it's a comedy about a gay dude. I was expecting a romcom but it's .... camp as fuck for a start, and colourful. I enjoy the vibe. And then Patrick Stewart and Christine Baranski showed up! I think I'm gonna enjoy this, very strong opening 20 minutes

I dunno how serious they are but I'm gonna spend the next year dropping a few stone and saving up for big wings, growing out the beard and getting ripped so I can do it next year xD
