I've used AccessAnalog on individual tracks. Neve EQ (in small bits) and an LA2A for some tube and transformer goodness can do wonders on a vocal. Here I am trying an SSL Fusion and SSL Bus Compressor on a mix. Will do some A/B to see if this actually improves things!
