Got my new phone. Spent the day getting it set up. It's almost TOO fancy though, tons of features I'll probably never use (especially the shit "powered by AI") but now it's all good now and I'm about to put together a grocery list.

I know I'm lucky to be in a position to where I can drop nearly $1000 on a new phone but big expenditures like that always stress me the fuck out. I'm always worried that an emergency will happen and I'll feel like a dumbass for not considering some remote possibility.

Not surprising when you see posts like 'I thought it was Mens Day, every day'. Tell that to the families who've lost sons to suicide. To those men and boys being abused daily, or have survived, but full of trauma. Too many untold stories because society goes 'man up'.

Today was crazy. I made time to vote, I had to deal with replacing the whole HVAC unit at my place, and still worked on top of it.
It was still a good day though. Congrats to all the politicians who care about the average person for their victories today.
