This Lego Batman news has me feeling way more excited than I would have thought. Like I feel like an 8 year old again seeing all of the promotional pictures and stuff, it's such a wildly nostalgic feeling that came out of nowhere.

Mortal Combat is one of the glaring reasons why young people engage in using guns to settle disputes. Ironically, parents are purchasing this deadly game w/out any deep given to ramifications!

I know I'm beating a dead horse, and I actually AM glad it's not the case to a certain extent, but it's such a shame we have a perfectly cast and comic accurate cinematic Superman at the same time as a perfectly cast and comic accurate cinematic Batman and we're just never going to see them meet 😭

Saw it twice today and, yeah, I'm in love. This legit might be my favourite adaptation of the character, and it also got me so excited for what's to come. I can't wait for Supergirl and Lanterns especially!

I'd assumed The Ta-Nehisi Coates Superman project probably wasn't going to happen (because most announced things don't, and because a Black Superman was going to be a hard sell to skittish executives) but it sucks real bad to see it stated this plainly

Ironheart was so, so good. Genuinely one of the best shows Marvel have done IMO, but I didn't really like the ending tbh - especially since because Disney fucked this show over I don't know if we'll ever get to see a resolution or follow up to it.

In all seriousness though this is the third game this year that I was really excited where not only the game got cancelled but the entire STUDIO got shut down. That really sucks, at least it sounds like Hytale took care of their employees though.
Damn, that Hytale news sucks but isn't remotely surprising. 7 years of development with nothing to show for it is crazy.
