I mainly just repost cool stuff, and talk about living with both a disability and a mental disorder… and cows!

I moved over 100% about a year ago and haven’t looked back.

Can’t justify wasting time with an OS that actively hates me. I moved to Pop! while COSMIC was in alpha and somehow it’s still more practical than W11 despite not currently having a full release LOL

Linux has fun features like pressing the Super key and not having loads of advertisements and online search suggestions thrown in your face by default.

It’s fun!

Klarna, the furry saviour, has probably entered the ring.
November 23, 2025 at 12:46 PM
Totally understandable. I opted for turning them all off, which unfortunately means I miss cool things, but I don’t get annoyed lol.

It does have the ability to turn them off, but it’s a global setting (so all reposts, or none).

So the tests I had todo were more verbal so, we had three options “true, false, unable to determine”.

Basically we would be given a paragraph for each question and told to make a decision solely on the evidence in front of us.

Often the answer was it was impossible to determine, etc.

I had to do a whole test like this for my current job and apparently I did ok but then @latimer.dog did the same test and got way higher LOL

If this is the correct answer, the pattern ultimately isn’t “logical” in terms of ascending or descending in numbers - it’s more the condition is “which answer is the only possible answer”.

5 small shapes.
Circle 4 = Square (4), 4 small small shapes.

Top right is correct if following the same logic, as it’s a triangle (3) with 3 small shapes.
November 22, 2025 at 5:08 PM
The sides of the shapes seem to also determine the number of shapes in the next circle regardless of shading.

During my math I tried to calculate with the shading factored in / ignored but…

Circle 1 = Square (4), 4 small shapes.
Circle 2 = Triangle (3), 3 small shapes.
Circle 3 = Pent. (5)…

The problem with these tests is they want you to find an underlying pattern that runs counter to regular visual pattern recognition, e.g. it’s going to be something stupid like a famous sequence or multiples of something.
November 22, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Originally I thought it was todo with the number of sides, as they appeared to ascend in multiples of five, but I miscounted the second number of squares.

It may be todo with the number of corners but I need to check. Gut feeling is top-right is correct.

I would apply elsewhere they sound shit lol
November 22, 2025 at 2:37 PM
I should have prepped a bit better.
November 21, 2025 at 8:10 PM
I don’t get how the billion dollar software company is fucking this up this bad lol.

I moved last year, been sat on Pop!_OS with COSMIC (most of the time) since.
November 21, 2025 at 5:22 PM
Is this like at a furry con or something?

Not that it makes it any less weird, but… actually I don’t think that would explain anything. I’m still perplexed lol.
November 19, 2025 at 7:48 PM
W-what?!

How… why??
November 19, 2025 at 7:42 PM
None here either, but we never really have it here either.

www.tomshardware.com/best-picks/b...

It came second on Tom’s Hardware ranking this year, missing out slightly to Duronaught (which costs 5x as much lol).

If you want to drop a couple extra degrees, it’s worth getting some premium thermal compound.

Arctic MX-6 generally offers the best price to performance. It’s a couple of pounds here for a syringe of 2-4 grams.

I’ve found it knocks off another 2-5 C when compared to low quality paste.
