I feel like it should've been common sense it was opt in because that's the nature of Bluesky- and Bluesky has never asked for your phone number before, so they couldn't have forced it even if they wanted to (unless they began requiring your number, but even then, my first point still remains)

The rough launch probably didn't help, and the months of silence just make it worse

It's still a fun game imo

eh, kinda. PC launch was iffy, everywhere else was fine. Devs stay quiet far too long and update too little imo; for like two months, Aizen wouldn't work on PC. Their update schedule (after first month) has been roughly every two months an update + DLC drop.
