✅ to blood pressure
✅ to cholesterol
✅ to iron levels
The most surprising thing? I’m 2 inches shorter than I thought I was this whole time 😮
Anyhoo, I’m off to York Parkrun to try and see if it’ll make me any taller.

We can’t assume that a manager who was good at managing people face-to-face, will be automatically fine managing in a remote setting.
