This year I am going to try to focus on getting series I started finished up to publication. And more than likely just keep better track of series I have ever started in my reading journey and decide if I want to keep reading them or not. I am also doing a year long series challenge this year, so I am definitely wanting to keep myself accountable. These are five series I want to get to this year. Have you read any of these? I was looking over my reading stats since I started tracking them, and this will be my third year spending no money on books. While that sounds absolutely insane and not doable to most people, I assure you that it's possible. I am not the type of person who HAS to read a book the second it's published. I have been making use of my local library for most of all my reading needs, and just put myself on the wait list as books I want to read are coming out.

My yearly goal was to read/listen to 100 books in total. Good morning readers! These are all of the books that I acquired/received/borrowed onto my shelves, virtual and/or physical, for the entire month of December: Screenshot I borrowed all of these from Libby. I borrowed this hefty paperback copy from my library as well. I knew I wouldn't be able to read the e-copy within the time frame I was allowed to borrow it.

I absolutely LOVE using my library for all my books and audiobook needs. I do not have a lot of money to blow on a hobby, so I found a good way to support my community, my library and my reading habit! The library has a ton of resources and I always check there first for audiobooks I want to listen to or books I want to read.

I tracked this challenge on a Google Spreadsheet this year as well as a tag on Storygraph. Here are my results! I listened to 58 audiobooks this year. My aim was "binge listener (20-30 books)" and I passed that goal in mid July!

As of the writing up of this post, and taking into account assuming if I would finish the books I am currently reading or not... This is how I did in all my challenges this year. Completed 5 out of 10, so half isn't too bad.
