I also didn't realize the second car's battery was dead until i spent time shoveling in front of the garage so i could get out so i may have been extra spicy

Same. I needed coffee this morning so i ordered from dunkin only to find that my car battery was dead because my husband left the lights on last night and my old car's battery was dead from the cold. My husband left work to get my order, I think he could tell i was on the edge

I don't either but I saw a woman on tiktok who hand paints them and decided that's what I would get if i was getting married and had a bajillion dollars to spend. They were so beautiful

I was too concerned about a rogue family member showing up at my wedding and starting a physical fight with someone to worry about what people were wearing. lol. I don’t get it either when I see the discourse online. There was a range of formal to barely acceptable at my wedding.

I listened to an audiobook with lots of texts, and it was very rough. All the back and forth and no clue who was responding to what after a few messages 🙂‍↔️

It’s impossible to have that focus on numerous candidates in each election

I’m in Ohio, we definitely don’t need pro-life dems. We’ve been getting beaten by the sheer amount of money the republicans are dumping into attack ads with false claims and a total lack of national party support. Many people worked very hard to get that amendment passed

I’ve actually only ever heard the tressie episodes of that podcast

Whenever I see young people ask about how we learned about certain things before social media, I always bring up the tabloids and other checkout line pubs. You really picked up a lot from those, and shows like entertainment tonight

I’ve seen it a few times (because my husband and daughter love it), and I still don’t care for it.

My 11 yo listens to something akin to carnival music that makes me want to scream when she puts it on in the car. My coworker says it some kind of electrónica.I would take almost anything other than that 🥴

She wasn’t posting at all, western riders often don’t though. And the up-close shot was a canter. Her form still wasn’t good

You know, I did always have a fantasy growing up of having a robot maid like Rosie in the Jetsons to do all my chores, but these companies somehow make it sound unappealing

Old navy, kohls, and jcpenney mostly.
My kiddo loves baggy clothes though, so a lot of tshirts come from the boys’ section

I think it was terrible timing. Just way too late

The first thing I said to my husband was “he died before bill?!” 😭😭

I agree. Ohio is a toxic state right now, I don’t even know what to say about it. There are almost no decent politicians representing us (and none at all with any power). Brown’s campaign and loss was a real disappointment
July 20, 2025 at 4:10 AM
It was brown, and yeah, he was way too worried about offending the MAGAs. I’m not sure it would have helped him win because of all the money the reps poured into the race, but it would have been the right thing to do.

I agree! My dem senator was pounded by an onslaught of ads about trans issues last year, and lost the election. I couldn’t believe how effective it was because there are so many other actual problems to care about.

I bought a speed queen washer because it seemed to be the dumbest washer at the store
July 10, 2025 at 5:19 PM
I lost my walking pad remote and HAD to download the app to work it. The app sucks and I wish I had realized you couldn’t turn the belt on without it before I bought it. My own fault, but I’ll never be tricked again
July 10, 2025 at 5:16 PM
I’ve always bought the most basic appliances because of fears about this stuff… nothing that requires WiFi or an app. I know eventually these companies are going to make that impossible though
