Not really. Both major arguments here are in the wrong. She isn't outright in the fault, but the clothing isn't the only problem. Multiple things were mentioned, and they probably were listing problems as they came to mind. Changing one's outfit preferences because it was demanded is abusive.

People seem to forget so easy that the US is meant to be a non-religious government, and it scares me that everyone too religious seems to believe violence is okay towards others if it's for a 'good' cause. Not everyone who hurts for religious reasons is some robed fanatic with a skull and knife.
