I see this at the hospital twice a week, and it makes me happy and sad every time.

I'm just curious why Jesse Watters keeps an ex-gang member and former antifa member on staff. He seems to hate them, but I suppose it is very convenient for moments like this.

It's a little thing, but go to Google, search for "Pete Hegseth" and if your results include this overview that says he is the "Secretary of War" report it as incorrect because only an act of Congress can change the name of the department and secretary.

I made these with the intent of printing them as posters for a sign for protests. Probably still will.

I'm at SFGE this weekend, and I'm going to play some pinball and a whole mess of board games and try to pretend for a little while that democracy isn't crumbling around us and we aren't on the brink of yet another war.

It was very peaceful, even when the handful of Nazis walked through the crowd, everyone very respectfully told them to fuck off and go home. Nazi not pictured because fuck Nazis. #nokings

This is a good cartoon from @m2bulls.bsky.social that I think simply illustrates why tariffs won't lower prices. Capitalism doesn't work that way.

If the government is going to only distribute information through a private platform that requires a login to view, that is a violation of the First Amendment.

It's 1986, I'm 11 years old, we just came in from recess. Mr. Strykowski sits at the front of the classroom. One of the kids asks him how the shuttle launch went. "It blew up." It's all he says.

It's 2014, I'm 39 years old, standing in front of the Discovery at the Udvar-Hazy. I can't stop crying.

The context for Musk is that he's been platforming white nationalists for a while so it's a Nazi salute.
On the other hand, that subheading... The right has been calling the left evil for decades, which is why we don't have a functioning democracy.

The frustrating part is that the reason I want to disable the AI Overview is because it is often wrong, such as offering up several ways to disable AI Overview that do not work. The next option not shown here is to change the browser to use a different default search engine.
