Lost a close friend this year, and it changed everything. I’ve dropped nearly 13kg, started hiking daily, and found real purpose again. Did 12.5km solo yesterday, through trails we used to walk together. Just me, the trees, and the trail. 🌲🥾 #TheLongPath #Hiking
