My progress in recovery is very slow, but overall other than 1 hitch 1.5 days home (yay ER trip...), I seem to be doing okay. Slow, but okay. Tired, but okay. Bring on 2026, plz.

I'll have to try to get a recording of Lute's peeps because he can't even remotely sound like a meow. XD It's more like a little wheezy noise that a squeak toy makes if the squeaker part is broken. ahahaha. Tobi is so friggen cute though aaaaaa I squish him ;o;

My mini marshmallow versus when he turned into a full toasted bread. ;o; His name is Lute. Seeing your lil toast made me want to squish him aaaaaa.. does yours also make the tiniest wheezy peeping noises instead of actual meows or...???

Things should be okay though and maybe after the new year, stuff will be brighter, eh? We'll see what happens but I'm optimistic, and you should be too! The world has enough negative energy out there, so let's stay positive :)
