No, I’m not a robot. I’m a little boy living in a grownup’s body. And no, I don’t want to be rescued.
I am proud to be woke. I am awakened to the absurdity of life and yet I embrace the beauty in its futility. Respect to all on this new platform.
I avoid these polls. They mainly appeal to a right wing conservative audience steeped in nostalgia. They are used by the right to devalue progressive values. Treat them with caution.

It’s possible to grant bail in these circumstances. It’s at the discretion of the court. The court should reconsider.

Sadly, the American way of life believes that money buys you freedom. This is what happens when you put money before people.

I’m sympathetic to this as a principled stand. All the authorities have to do is release them on bail. The power is in their hands, if they don’t exercise their discretionary authority they are to blame.

Farmers are already diversifying because of the low prices they are paid for their produce. Who can blame them for using some of their poorer land for solar panels.

The problem with democracy is the media. In so far as whoever controls the media controls the public. Remember, journalists are supposed to speak truth to power.

If we are not careful and allow this discrimination to continue, it will inevitably lead to a kind of apartheid state, taking over our once civilised liberal democracies. In other words the fascists will have taken over. 5/5

The politics of borders then leads to racism, because the capitalists need a justification for this inequality, this exploitation of fellow human beings. Saying that they are inferior or less worthy, gives them that excuse. 4/

So why does capitalism want to restrict the free movement of people? Because it wants to exploit the workers on the other side of the border by holding down their wages. And capitalism can’t do that if the workers are free to move to where wages are higher. 3/

Well, in a world where capital is free to move across borders without restriction, and goods are as well, you can’t then say labour is not. That doesn’t make sense. But capitalists do say that. So why is that restriction so important to the capitalist system? 2/

Or we have money for both. Remember the illusive magic money tree, then when they wanted to, they found a whole forest of them.

Russia is killing Ukraine citizens and we feel solidarity with them. Austerity has always been a choice made by rich people to avoid paying their taxes. The two things do not have to be linked.

If Trump prides himself on his negotiating skills, his ‘art of the deal’, surely he has failed with Ukraine. Or was his plan always to hand over Ukraine to Putin?

Why are they ashamed of people knowing that they support the interests of the bosses and not the ordinary hard working people, struggling with the effects of 14 years of Tory austerity?
February 18, 2025 at 8:40 PM
Why aren’t they proud to be right wing? Is it that, revealing they are right wing, means they defend the interests of the rich, privileged elites. Are they embarrassed to admit that?
February 18, 2025 at 8:40 PM
But isn’t it interesting how the haters on the right, who pour scorn on the left wing candidates in this election, get hurty feelings just because they are being called out for being right wing?
February 18, 2025 at 8:40 PM
The Tories, with their right wing policies, represent the interests of those elites. We have already seen what 14 years of them in power do for ordinary people. Reform is just a more right wing version of the Tories.

But it’s a democracy, you choose. All I would say is, get out and vote.
February 18, 2025 at 8:40 PM
For me it’s quite simple, which parties represent the ordinary hard working people and which represents the rich privileged elites.

Wealthy elites don’t care about you. They never have, they never will. But they’ll gladly use you as a pawn whenever it benefits them.
