Had the most LIFE ALERT type of near death experience this morning. After waking up this morning and using the bathroom, I stood up to stretch and got light-headed, and almost passed out. Fell over the toilet and hurt my back.

Ugh! Been doing low calorie + fat burn treadmill + ab workout & I have stalled on weight and still got this tummy.

Talking to co-worker today about "New Year's Resolutions". I told her this year I wasn't going to try to change myself but try to change the environment around me. Let's see if this one lasts longer than my other resolutions have.
