Majority of folks (at least in US) in assisted (not independent) living have mobility issues, are at risk for falls, etc. Suggest you check what percentage of folks in the facility are in this category. Community Center may not want the risk.

So many memories! I'm a retired performer/music teacher. I was the first and only person in my family to play an instrument. My parents had one of these and brought it to my first ever recital in 1973. They recorded every concert I was in.
