For my missus' birthday dinner tonight, I invented the world's first 'Full English Thali' 😄. Sausage Tikka Masala, Mushroom Korma, Bombay Potatoes, Bacon & Black Pudding Pakoras and Anda Bhurji with tomatoes and a mini naan bread.

Now I know my Pav Bhaji is as good as the one I had at a Norwich restaurant recently, I've invited a couple of mates over to my house for one soon. Hope they like it!
