If only there was a provision in the Consitution that would prevent such actions and if violated would result in the removal of the president. Man I can't belive the founding fathers missed such a big detail. We could have even called it the Emoluments Clause.

I know innocent people are going to get hurt with this, but at some point the states that consistently vote against their interests are going to have to start feeling the pain of their decisions and hopefully understand they did it to themselves.
