Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare (2025)
dir Scott Chambers
There's been a ton of public domain horror flicks lately and they all seem... beneath the attention of the average horror fan. This one aspires beyond its ratings. It's not perfect but it's worthy of attention.
Beneath the Light (2025)
dir John Baumgartner
Not sure if this is a good film yet or not but I love the dialog and interaction between the two main characters. Combative while cooperative. Plus it takes place in an isolated lighthouse.
I'm a sucker for a good silhouette.
Queens of the Dead (2025)
dir Tina Romero
Fully expecting Tina to stick with the slow moving Romero ghouls instead of the cardio friendly 28 Days Later zombies but I believe there's room in the genre for jogging zombies - hungry but damn running is work, amirite?
