Watched #Thunderbolts last night at an early screening.
I really enjoyed this one. The plot works, each member of the cast does a great job, the action is fantastic, and it sorta has a unique tone. It also has way more depth and character work than I expected.
I think Marvel has a winner here.

This was a pretty good time! It’s a great mix of comedy and action with a stellar cast, imo. Jack Quaid has some sort of natural charisma he brings his roles and he is always entertaining. I’m not sure this would’ve worked as well with a different actor.

Mickey 17 is an entertaining, wonderful, & strange film.
I loved the overall concept of it. The plot totally worked for me & it didn’t feel like 2+ hours went by. Robert Pattinson is terrific in it but Mark Ruffalo steals every scene he’s in. The laughs were a nice bonus too.

Mickey 17 is an entertaining, wonderful, & strange film.

Watched LOTR: The War of the Rohirrim.
This one is sort of a mixed bag for me. I enjoyed it but I feel like it was a little longer than it needed to be since the plot is fairly thin. I was still very entertained though and I think the animation’s unique look was interesting.

All right, I’ve watched Kraven the Hunter.
It’s not great but I thought it was entertaining, at least. The action was good and the performances mostly work but I can’t even begin to explain the plot to you. The writers forgot to add an actual plot or something. But, still fun.🤷🏻♂️

I watched Blue Velvet for the first time.
I went in totally blind and not knowing a single thing about it. I had no idea it was going to be such a wild ride! It’s a film I don’t know how I didn’t get to sooner. This was my first Lynch anything and I get the hype now.

I think Sonic 3 may be my favorite of the three films so far.
There’s so much I enjoyed about this one. The action, the majority of the humor, and the story all worked for me. Keanu Reeves as an angry hedgehog was pretty fun and Jim Carrey is always an absolute gem as well.

I’d say it’s a good time. I don’t think it’s something I’d revisit often but it’s entertaining. It was fun seeing a lot of the old cast back and also the shots which were callbacks to the original.
