I do find SV much better on PC compared to console... But that's because I love keyboard and mouse haha.
I don't think a tutorial like that exists but it's a good idea to make one maybe. I'll look into it

In all honesty I don't know. I've not come across such a guide and I've also never played on mobile/tablet so I'm not sure how different it is.
I do find the key bindings in the menu options on pc very helpful though.
You can also use a controller if it's easier
