In wild zone 5 there’s that sewer tunnel that leads toward an alpha whirlipede and a bunch of venipede. You just run back and forth in the tunnel making the whirlipede spawn and despawn. If you’re lucky THAT one will be shiny, but you can also check the venipede every so often.
