Yeah I could agree with that completely. A lot of people are concerned about privacy and how deepseek handles it. But if you run it locally it doesn’t call home so that’s kinda moot.

I would say it’s a toss up. It’s not secure in the same way that brave is but better than chrome and Firefox I would say learn how to make it better. If you don’t want to do that brave is a great choice
