I get snapped at all the time, but the ID situation is the hardest one because they perceive it as a personal attack rather than a requirement by law. At the end of the day I'm just trying my best, and I just hope it'll encourage people to keep hold of their IDs in case I happen to ask again...!

I get that it’s an inconvenience to whomever I’m helping but it’s just as hard for me to be expected to remember everyone I serve, and that’s hundreds of people 5 days a week. You’ll be lucky if I remember I said hi to someone just the other day.
