TCoM Update: Dialogue QOL Changes

After a loooot of work, time, effort, and missed shuffleboard sessions, I present the first successful test for TCoM's current main menu scene. There are definitely some things I could have made a bit better or fixed, but for v0012 and v0050 I'm rather happy with this.
