Can drivers stop parking in the bike line. It makes everyone less safe. Not to mention there's a no parking sign painted on the sidewalk directly in front of where these people are parked.

As I'm walking around Montreal I see bike racks everywhere like this set in Parc Jean-Drapeau a park next to a pool. And I think about how many parking spaces it would take to replace the bike rack and how much more unpleasant the park would be
