I will say that I don’t think this is sulky’s fault? they’re not even mutuals with a number of these people and I don’t think they even saw what was happening until much later. they also didn’t engage or egg anyone on. all they did was post a quiz and then ask people to be kind.

and all of a sudden somebody’s talking about skyvik?! what’s going on, get your own quiz for skyvik etc. that’s just my two cents interpreting it. but like I say, I think a lot of fandom stuff is ppl acting out of confusion/not enough information. and I’m sorry it was hurtful! 3/3

aww good! my default for fandom conflict is to assume good intent but poor communication. you got me curious so I poked around and I can see why you felt piled on but I can also see it looks like they weren’t trying to say “this person should get out of fandom,” it was 1/2

I think ppl were on edge bc some ppl had been using the quiz to just say unkind things about jayce, that’s why sulky asked everybody if they could be kind!
