Was reading about how graduate nurses can’t get jobs in Britain but there’s a shortage & foreign nurses can. It is pretty screwed up isn’t it?

Think it’s not a great example because it’s kind of shallow. Usually help people to explore of recog their values (ie how ideally do they want to spend their time /what brings join & meaning). ‘Being good’ can lead to negative emotions which they seem to equate with gut/truth.

Are you saying emotions are true? This study seems iffy to me as someone who works on anxiety and depression

That is my life. Has been for years now. And I have kids without MH issues. The people panicking seem new to this!
