Yeah i lurk and repost and maybe complain. It is a hard life in the social media mines.
Isn’t that fundamentally how earth launch space flight physics works?

You can argue that most of it is harmless. But these "alt" accounts are feeding into some potentially dangerous stuff when they tell everyone to get out their secret decoder ring.

The numbers they send out don't mean anything. They're grifters selling merch by pretending to send out secret coded messages.
I’ve no clue what it all means.

Probably, but is it a just law? That’s all I am asking you to consider. Should the government have this much power?

Happens all the time, and that is why there are volunteers that part of these events that are nothing but security due to the attacks, and disruption. The is not issue with the security removing the guy but the government coming in and charging. Free speach is broad and deep and it needs to be.

That may be part of it, but don’t forget cops are not the same as DA’s. I know many DA’s that do try their hardest but are severely underpaid, undertrained, and understaffed. Becuase it is more sexy to buy a new cop car then pay for a lawyer to check the legality of things.

To get involved. I hate this character limit fml. The courts can be a resolution mechanism or the private venue can exercise his rights, this charge speaks to me of government overstep.

It can be used to silence protests becuase they are inherently disruptive. People walking in the road, disrupting traffic, standing on sidewalks disrupting walkers, in a public park, disrupting people’s day in the park. Just becuase something. Is disruptive is not reason for the government
June 27, 2025 at 3:16 PM
Okay sure no issue with that which is why I have no issue with the charge resisting arrest and why I said I have no issue with the resisting arrest charge. But this “disruption of a lawful assembly” is dangerous and can be used to silence people.

I think the private venue should be able to seek remedies such as a fine and banning the person but no even if it was a white supremacist I don’t thing think the government should be the one to step in in a situation like this. And how much of a disruption was it? Nobody noticed until the news story
June 27, 2025 at 3:08 PM
Serious question, I am not trying to attack you just to be clear. But this was one person holding a flag, while it was during an event with lot of people watching how disruptive is that? If it worth charging someone with that? Also to be clear not taking about the resisting arrest.
