The voters at play here aren’t your reform type of voters nor progressive voters. They’re are your small c-conservative voters, who are disillusioned with the Tories, don’t trust Labour and reform, but can be persuaded. They are not anti immigration, but are more control immigration.

Remind the public who he really is, a thatcher right. Question is, will Farage hold firm or allow himself to be pushed. I guess we wait and see.

It will be a risk for Labour to allow Farage to occupy the centre right space on immigration. He’s already trailed it from the centre left with nationalisation and unions. That was a lesson for Labour to say, we need to force him back to his box of ukip and Brexit days.

If they manage to occupy that intellectual space. They force Farage to either agree with them or sound more desperate on the issue. If it’s the later, they can point and say “you see, he’s chaotic. Look at what we’ve done with our sensible policies”

IMO you have to separate the policy and politics. Policy, these are measurable things we can point to in 4 years as success. Politics, run towards the centre right with rhetoric on immigration, thus pushing Farage further to the right, something he’s been running away from to make him self electable

Some of these redwall MPs showing their lack of political experience. Go out, knocks at doors and make the case that wins hearts and minds on why this is good for the economy. You can’t be just be reactive to events.

I agree. I feel like First Nations issues weren’t front and centre for parties. It wasn’t a culture war election, it was Australians looking at Dutton and thinking “I don’t like the look of him, no Thanks”. Even if I don’t really like the other guy, I will vote for him, to keep him out of power

I’m not sure that people holiday to Brighton because of lack of flights abroad or airports to travel from.

There is equally a long history of corrupt referees influencing games. Wenger was asked to leave the dugout at old Trafford because he kicked a water bottle. This is not good v bad. The PGMOL have a duty to referee the game but their standards have been poor.

People feel poor, inflation, housing and immigration. Honestly, growth is meaningless. Groceries are
