Ok, 2 days in the fridge, taken out at 5 pm and folded thrice as it warmed up, laid out on floured baking paper and slightly stretched and rolled into shape and placed in a long dish as the oven heated to 460F, ice cubes optional but I thought might as well, went in at 10:40 pm. See you in 45 mins.

Keeping with the 2 day in the fridge method as it gives me time to think of all the sandwiches I can make and not default on eating the loaf with nothing but butter or olive oil.

Id say it was 3 or 4 folds too early to go into the oven based on the split (digging the clamshell look tho). 40 mins with the lid on and barely 5 with it off got it to brown too much on top because I forgot to lower the temp, it's perfect save for being harder to slice. 🍽️ #sourdough #crumb #bake
